WOODBRIDGE, NJ-According to managing principal Paul E. Giannone of Newmark JGT, based here, his company has signed seven different leases in recent activity in New Jersey. In the largest of them, DSET Corp. signed a sublease for 31,057 sf at 1160 Route 22 in Bridgewater (Somerset County). Doug Bansbach and James Scanlon, Newmark JGT principals, were the sole brokers.

In Monmouth County, meanwhile, Verizon NJ signed a lease for 15,200 sf of space at Wall Business Center. The property is a 35,000-sf office building located at 1035 Belmar Blvd.

In Middlesex County transactions, Robotunits took space at Brunswick Business Park in South Brunswick, with Newmark JGT principal Doug Twyman representing the tenant, a robotics/manufacturing company, and Zimmel Associates serving as co-broker. Twyman represented Pandatel, a German manufacturer of optical products, meanwhile, in a lease at Forsgate Technical Center in Jamesburg, with Binswanger/Klatskin serving as co-broker. And Newmark JGT’s James Scanlon and Steve Smith represented Astrix Software Technologies in a renewal and expansion lease at 175 May St. in Edison Corporate Center, Edison.

In Mercer County, finally, healthcare consultants Besler Inc. signed a new lease at 3 Independence Way in Princeton. The tenant was represented by Wayne Kasbar of Newmark JGT. Mack-Cali Realty is the owner of the 113,000-sf, three story office building.
