MIAMI-Archstone-Smith of Englewood, CO grossed $12.75M or $57,692 per unit from the sale of the 221-unit, 16-year-old, 96%-leased Cameron Cove Apartments in Davie, FL, near Fort Lauderdale in Broward County.

Henderson Investors North America Inc. of Hartford, CT assumed $8.5 million in existing tax-exempt bond debt on the 21.48-acre asset at University and Nova Drives. The property has 220 one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit.
