LANSING, MI-Cambridge Manor Estates, a 36-unit family-owned multifamily rental complex here, has been acquired by GDI Properties, a Lansing-based real estate firm, from the McElmurry family of East Lansing. Jeff Blanton, a multifamily sales associate for The Dietz Organization of Birmingham, MI, represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Sales price and terms were not disclosed.

Cambridge Manor Estates was built in 1968 and is located at 2801-15 Mersey Lane, off Waverly Road between Jolly Road and Mount Hope Highway. The average apartment unit size is 1,260 sf. Amenities include balconies, patios and carports.
