2 Apartment Deals Inked for a Total of $2.5M

SAN DIEGO-Two separate apartment deals in South and East San Diego have been clinched by the local office of Hendricks & Partners. The combined value of the two deals is nearly $2.5 million.

The larger transaction was the sale of a 22-unit complex located at 299 Wisconsin Ave. in El Cajon in a deal valued at: $1.98 million. The 15-year-old complex includes 12 two-bedroom, two-bath units of 875 sf each and 10 three-bedroom, two-bath units at 1,185 sf.

Wisconsin Apartments Limited of Del Mar sold the units to Frank and Sergio Giordano of San Diego. The seller was represented by Steve Huffman of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners. The buyer was represented by Frank Giordano of San Diego Realty Group. United Title Company handled the escrow.

In the second deal, the six-unit Division Street Apartments, located at 424 E Division Street in National City, sold for $425,000. The seller, Don T.Gilbride and Penny E. Gilbride of La Mesa, represented themselves. The buyer, Timothy D. O’Keefe Jr. of San Diego, was represented by Chad Bramwell of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners.
