PHILADELPHIA-Locally based-Atlantic Packaging, Inc. and Triangle Container have signed a long-term lease for 116,000 sf at Unit 3 of 700 Pattison Ave. Length and price of the lease were not disclosed, but area brokers estimate the rental rate is approximately $3.50 per sf, average for industrial space in this area of Philadelphia County.

The 700 Pattison building is adjacent to Lincoln Financial Field, the stadium complex under construction for the Philadelphia Eagles. Jetro renovated the 288,000-sf building last year. The property has 24-foot ceilings, tailgate truck doors, rail service and access to I-95 and I-76.

Atlantic and Triangle provide packaging, warehousing and fulfillment services to firms in the Delaware Valley.

Patrick J. Green, senior managing director of Insignia/ESG’s Philadelphia office, represented Jetro Real Estate Co. of Philadelphia in the transaction. This is Green’s sixth transaction for Jetro since 1981.
