PHILADELPHIA-The east coast distribution center of Milwaukee, WI-based Associated Sales & Bag Co., will occupy a 152,000-sf building, which the supplier of corrugated boxes and bags acquired from Carlisle-based Andrew H. Walters Trust for $4.25 million. The property is just east of Carlisle, PA, within two miles of I-85 and the PA turnpike.

Associated will use it to serve East Coast customers. It distributes to the Midwest and West Coast from similar facilities in Milwaukee and Reno, NV, respectively.

The Allentown, PA office of New York-based Insignia/ESG represented the owner.
