LANSING, MI-Crimson Cove, a 53-unit multifamily rental complex located in a high growth area on the western edge of the city, has been sold to CLD Management, a Michigan corporation headquartered in nearby Okemos, for $2.1 million. The sale is brokered by Jeff Blanton of the Dietz Organization of Birmingham, MI.

The residential property was previously owned by D-52 Partnership, a Michigan co-partnership based in Lansing, and was managed by Amber Management Co., also of Lansing.

Blanton, a multifamily sales associate for Dietz, represented both parties in the transaction. Terms of the sale were cash at closing.

Built in 1980, Crimson Cove is centrally located at 400 Dornett Dr. in Delta Township. The garden-style one- and two-bedroom apartments have balconies and carports.
