Insulation Co. Takes 29,866 SF in Corona

CORONA, CA-An insulation company has taken 29,866 sf in the Westgate Distribution Center, marking the third industrial deal reported in Corona in the past week.

F. Rogers Insulation Inc. will occupy Suite 100 at 341 Bonnie Circle. The transaction is valued at nearly $795,000.

Dan Patterson and Randy Coe of Colliers Seeley International acted on behalf of F. Rogers Insulation. The lessor, RREEF, was represented by Jeff Read of Grubb & Ellis.

The recently inked Corona lease is the latest in a string of industrial transactions to be reported here in the past week. Other recent deals include a $1.8-million lease for a 72,092-sf building in the Corona Hills Industrial Center. Worr Game Products Inc. inked a five-year agreement to be the sole occupant in the facility, which stands at 252 Granite St. Another recent transaction involved the sale of a 27,523-sf industrial facility at 807 Parkridge. Accurate Grinding and Manufacturing Corp. paid $1.9 million for the building.
