ATLANTA-Locally based-Ackerman & Co. and Milwaukee, WI-based Northwestern Mutual Life have jointly purchased the 183,000-sf Centrum at Glenridge office building for $24.5 million. The Fulton County property on Atlanta’s northwest corridor is 93% occupied. Area brokers estimate rentals at $21 per sf.

Anchor tenants include State Farm Insurance; Susquehanna Radio Corp., which owns WNNX; and the headquarters of locally based-Haverty’s Furniture Co.

The seller is SSR Realty Advisors, an affiliate of Boston-based State Street Research & Management Co., and a subsidiary of New York-based MetLife. Randy Evans and Mike McDonald of the Atlanta office of Eastdil Real Estate Investment Trust represented SSR.
