PARIS- The German open-ended property fund Deutsche Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft has bought a 200,000-sf suburban office scheme from Colony Capital and Orion for more than €58 million ($58 million).

The Antony Parc development on Avenue A Briand in Antony, Hauts-de-Seine provides 203,000 sf of offices on nine storeys. The development was pre-let to Pomona, which occupies 94,200 sf on a nine-year lease at a rent of €2,150,947 ($2.13 million) per annum, and Aventis Pharma, which occupies 96,200 sf on a nine-year lease at a rent of €2,202,390 ($2.18 million) per annum.
