LOS ANGELES, CA-REMC Enterprises Inc. signed a 10-year, $3.2 million lease for 17,046 square feet of office spaced at Skyview Center, a 392,000-sf office project in the Los Angeles Airport-Century Boulevard market.

Broker David Coe of Grubb & Ellis tells GlobeSt.com that the lease, at 6033 Century Blvd., is an expansion into the LAX-airport area market for REMC, an Irvine-based executive office leasing firm.

Coe represented REMC. Skyview Center is a two-building project, including an 11-story and a 12-story tower, owned by Los Angeles-based Arden Realty.
