OTAY MESA, CA-A 296,400-sf industrial park called Britannia Corporate Center has been completed on a 16-acre site at Siempre Viva Road and Britannia Boulevard, just across the border from the Tijuana Airport.

Designed by architectural firm Ware Malcomb of San Diego, the development includes six buildings of 25,000 to 84,000 sf, two of which have already been sold.

The center was built by Newport Beach-based Master Development Corp., an eight-year-old developer and general contractor for industrial parks which had completed 52 buildings by mid-year, totaling 4.3 million sf at an aggregate cost of approximately $174 million.
