TEMPE, AZ-Debt Free Arizona Inc. has leased a 49,845-sf building in a move that will bring a relocation from one East Broadway building to another. The long-term lease is valued at $3.2 million.

“The new location is only a few blocks away from their current space, which will make for an easy transition,” Jason Moore, associate with the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG, said in a prepared statement. “The most significant factor is that they’re going from about 20,000 sf to nearly 50,000 sf.” The existing call center is located at 1845 E. Broadway and it’s headed to 192 E. Broadway.

Insignia/ESG in Phoenix had a full team assigned to the deal making. In addition to Moore, it included managing directors, Karsten Peterson, Dave Seeger and John Bonnell; director Don Mudd; and associate Mark Gustin. New Vision USA Inc. owns the building, located just west of Loop 101.

Debt Free Arizona is an organization specializing in educating the community about consumer spending and providing debt elimination services to clients.
