50,000 SF of Industrial Done Signed in NW Suburb

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL-Nearly 50,000 sf has been leased in this northwest suburb near O’Hare International Airport. The largest is a 25,000-sf lease signed by NEMA Packaging for space at ProLogis’ 980 Lunt.

Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International was involved in five local lease deals, with principal Elise A. Couston representing NEMA Packaging while Greg Terwilliger handled negotiations for ProLogis.

Sports drink distributor American Fitness Wholesaler is subleasing 8,500 sf at 1130 Howard, where it is relocating from Worchester, MA. Senior vice president Donald S. Jaffe brokered the deal.

Brooks Equipment has doubled its space at 801 Chase Ave., adding 8,200 sf in a deal brokered by associate Steven D. Bass. Also at 801 Chase Ave., Hill-Rom relocates from nearby Bensenville, taking 4,090 sf. Kevin Luke of Delta Real Estate represented Hill-Rom.

First Choice Building Products has taken 3,080 sf at 420 Bonnie Lane. Bass represented First Choice while Jeff Gilbert of Wagner Equities represented the property owner.
