CHICAGO-Assemblers, Inc. has renewed a lease for its 191,800 sf it occupies at SunGate Park on the city’s West Side. Despite having few options for large industrial space, Julien J. Studley, Inc. brokers say the maker of assembly services and packaging systems will save $1 million over the life of the new lease.

Details, however, were not disclosed.

Shetland Properties, owners of the multi-tenant facility at 5490 W. Roosevelt Rd., has about 375,000 sf of first- and second-floor industrial, backroom, tech and office space available.

Assemblers, Inc. was represented by Julien J. Studley senior managing director Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR and managing director Corey Chase while Shetland Properties’ Mark Slakter handled negotiations for his firm.
