EDISON, NJ-Tenant fit-out has been completed for Computershare, a financial services and technology provider. The project, which encompasses 30,000 sf and included new electrical and mechanical systems, was completed in six weeks by Paragano Construction Services of Cedar Knolls, NJ.

The space is located within Lincoln Property Co.’s 101 Fieldcrest. The architect for the project was Gensler, and construction advisory services were provided by Equis Corp.

“We continue to experience strong demand in the marketplace,” according to Sam Champi, Jr., director of construction and development for Paragano.

Computershare provides tech services to listed companies, investors, employees, exchanges and other financial institutions. Founded in Australia in 1978, the company manages more than 68 million shareholder accounts for some 7,500 corporations in 10 countries. It also provides trading technology to financial markets in 14 countries.
