LONDON-Man Group has taken the 43,375-sf Flex IV building at the Kings Hill Business Park in West Malling, Kent. The futures broker has acquired the building as business continuity space and will fit it out for IT and office-based functions.

Kings Hill Business Park offers 2.8 million sf of business space with key tenants including Prudential, Woolwich and Aventis Pharmaceuticals. The 650-acre site also provides leisure and conference facilities and 1,850 homes. It is being developed by Rouse in partnership with Kent County Council.
