East-West Enterprises Acquires 105,000-SF Building in Sale/Leaseback Deal

BEVERLY, MA-Infogrames Entertainment SA has sold 50 Dunham Rd. to East-West Enterprises Co. LTD. for $8.5 million in a sale/leaseback transaction. Meredith & Grew’s Robert E. Cronin, vice president, represented the seller in both the sale and long-term leaseback of the property. Wight & Company’s Richard Ruggiero Sr. and Harry Wight represented Hong Kong-based East-West Enterprises.

The 105,000-sf building, built in 1984, previously housed the Parker Brothers headquarters. It is situated on a 54-acre parcel near Route 128. Infogrames acquired the class A office building as part of its purchase of the Hasbro Interactive Division from Hasbro Inc., which had purchased Parker Brothers several years ago.

As part of the sale, Infogrames USA has entered into a long-term lease agreement with East West Enterprises for approximately 55,000 sf of corporate headquarters space.Infogrames Inc. is a majority-owned subsidiary of France-based Infogrames Entertainment SA, a global publisher and distributor of video games for all platforms.
