MIAMI-CCMSC 200-1 Broward Plaza has bought the 398,292-sf Westfork Plaza, in Pembroke Pines, FL for $43.8 million or $110 per sf. The seller, Westfork Plaza Ltd., was represented by Michael Swerdlow and Theodore R. Stotzer of Fort Lauderdale.

The shopping center at 15925-15999 W. Pines Blvd was built in 1999. In the surrounding area, it has Walgreen’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Discount Auto as free-standing parcels.

The outside shops were not included in the deal. Lennar Partners, based in Miami, bought the outstanding mortgages on the center for an undisclosed amount.
