NEW YORK CITY-Home healthcare and staffing services provider Gotham Registry will leave its Midtown South space and relocate to 13,000 sf at 75 Maiden Lane.

“Recent local, state and federal incentive packages encouraging companies to move downtown prompted Gotham Registry, which has occupied space in midtown for 20 years, to relocate to the Wall Street area,” says Michael Smith, senior vice president of Cresa Partners, who negotiated the 10-year lease for Gotham. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but asking rents in the building are in the mid-$30s per sf and deals are being completed in the mid-$20s. 75 Maiden Lane is owned by 75 Maiden Lane LLC and managed by A.M. Property Holdings Corp. The owner was self-represented in the transaction.

Gotham Registry is a healthcare provider that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A full work allowance and additional concessions from the building owner is enabling the firm to build the space to fit its specific requirements and avoid significant upfront capital expenditures, according to Cresa associate Garett Varricchio, who also worked on the deal. Gotham is currently located on the eighth floor of 115 E. 23rd St.
