MIAMI-Hialeah Assets has bought two unnamed stores totaling 43,816 sf in Pembroke Pines, FL for $5.1 million.

The adjacent properties, located at 8405 Pines Blvd, were built in 1988 and 1999. The new owner assumes the $3.6 million mortgage on the property held by the Commercial Bank of Florida.

Aventura, FL-based Jaffe Buildings II, whose principal is Norman S. Jaffe, purchased the property in 1998 for $4 million, according to Miami-Dade County realty records.

Hialeah Assets, headed by Murray Barnett, purchased the buildings for $116.66 per sf.
