BALTIMORE, MD-Sundries supplier Interstate 95 Distributors Inc. relocates its main facility from Glen Burnie, MD to the city’s Carroll Camden Industrial Park with the signing of a five-year lease for 130,000 sf of space. Neither the property owner’s representative Trammell Crow Company, nor Interstate 95′s representative NAI KLNB Inc. has released the financial terms of the deal, but similar space in the park leases for about $3.25-per-sf.

Interstate 95 will use the 57-year-old space at 1601-1629 Wicomico Street, also known as the Wicomico Industrial Center, to consolidate other regional offices where approximately 50 to 75 workers are employed. Location and pricing reportedly had much to do with the company’s decision to lease this combination manufacturing, warehouse and office facility.

The park is off the centrally located Interstate 95 and is just minutes from Baltimore’s central business district. Other tenants in the 500-acre Carroll Camden flex park include DreamWorks SKG, which leased 40,000 sf in June for a six-month period, and Public Storage Inc., which recently opened a nearly 100,000-sf, $8 million facility on the grounds.
