FREDERICK, MD-Economic development and employment organizations have breathed a sigh of relief with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage’s recent decision to keep its 1,200 employees in 201,300 sf of space among three structures at the 18-building, 750,000-sf I-270 Technology Park.
