DETROIT-Agree Realty Corp. plans on spending $3.9 million to build a retail development in Big Rapids, MI. Meanwhile, Signature Associates – ONCOR International has negotiated a 173,000-sf sale of the Shiloh building located at 9800 Inkster in Romulus to Plastech Holding Corp., a holding company for Plastech Engineered Products.

Agree purchased the Big Rapids property for an undisclosed sum. Agree officials say the project is pre-leased and will open next spring. The company owns and operates a portfolio of 48 properties in 13 states, with an aggregate 3.6 million square feet in gross leasable area.

Brad Viergever of Signature brokered the deal on behalf of Shiloh of Michigan LLC., who owned the building. The purchase price was not disclosed.
