DENVER-The local office of Grubb & Ellis, which recently lost top multifamily brokers Jeff Hawks and Doug Andrews when they formed theirown company, promoted Terrance Hunt to vice president of its multi-housing division. In addition, Matt Meredith joined the team as an associate advisor.

Along with 27-year veteran Grant Wimbush, the team has more than 45 years of multifamily investment experience.

Hunt joined Grubb & Ellis in 1995.

“Terrance is having a breakthrough year,” says Charlie Davis, managing director in the Denver office. “We expect him to continue to be highly successful in his expanded role.”

Hunt notes that new resources will be available to support the multi-housing group.

“Grubb & Ellis, both locally and nationally, has made a significant investment in this division to ensure that our clients will receive the highest possible level of service, ” he says.
