DENVER-It’s full circle for Mary Sullivan, one of the area’s top investment brokers. Sullivan has rejoined CB Richard Ellis, where she will be a senior vice president and partner in the Denver institutional investment properties team.

Sullivan spent the first 17 years of her 22-year career at Coldwell Banker Commercial, before stints at Trammel Crow, Cushman Realty and Cushman & Wakefield, after C&W bought Cushman Realty. She and Peter Savoie of Cushman have sold the two largest office buildings in Downtown during the past 13 months–Manville Plaza and ParkCentral.

At CB Richard Ellis, she joins the team of Tim Swan, a senior vice president and18-year veteran, and Ton Urgitus, a first vice president with 14 years experience.

“Ron and Tim work their tails off,” Sullivan tells GlobeSt.com. “They don’t just sit around and rest on their laurels.”

Sullivan has sold more than $1.6 billion in real estate during her career. She has been named NAIOP Investment Broker of the Year Twice and has been a finalist every year since 1993.

During the last two years, Swan and Urgitus have completed more than $320 million in transactions, while during the same time period Sullivan has sold more than $450 million in properties both in Denver and throughout the western US.

Sullivan’s coverage of the local CBD, regional and national marketplaces, combined with the deep coverage of the local office, retail and industrial markets by Swan and Urgitus offers the institutional investment community a platform of superior resources and capital markets perspective, says Rick Calhoun, senior managing director of CB Richard Ellis.

Sullivan, Swan and Urgitus currently are involved in 10 transactions totaling more than $400 million that either are under contract or in contract negotiations, in four different markets throughout the southwest, including Denver.
