MIAMI-Merrill Lynch Trust has signed a lease for 10,000 sf of office space valued at $3.4 million at Boca Center, Tower 1. This translates to $34 per sf for the 10-year lease.

The two mixed-use towers are located at 5100 and 5200 Town Center Circle in the central core of Boca Raton.

“We continue to be pleased at both the activity and the quality of tenants committing to Boca Center,” Mike Erickson, who represented the property owner, 485 Properties, tells GlobeSt.com. Erickson is first vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc.

Erickson also recently represented 485 Properties in the lease of 12,200 sf in Boca Center, Tower 2 to the Miami-based law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP. That firm is paying more than $32 per sf for a seven-year lease, valued at approximately $2.8 million.
