CHERRY HILL, NJ-Graphic Controls Corp. has sold One Carnegie Plaza, a 66,500-sf industrial building on 10.9 acres here. The buyer, Rishi Realty, was represented in the transaction by Malcolm Shreibman, senior vice president, and Merrill Freedman, sales manager for NAI Mertz of Mt. Laurel, NJ.

The newly acquired building will be turned into a Hindu temple and cultural center, according to Freedman. The seller was represented by Trammell Crow Co.

Shreibman and Roy Kardon of NAI Mertz, meanwhile, have gotten the exclusive to market for sale the 36,600-sf industrial building at 425 37th St. in Pennsauken, NJ. The building, which sits on three acres, includes 3,050 sf of office space on two floors, with 1,100 sf of that in shell condition. Ceiling heights range from the predominant 20 feet down to 12.5 feet. The asking price is $1.1 million, according to Shreibman.
