PHILADELPHIA-In the wake of Nottingham, MD-based Golf America Stores’ bankruptcy last month, Melville, NY-based DJM Asset Management is putting the defunct retailers’ remaining leases up for sale. Of the 32 stores nationwide, five are in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Bids are due November 8.

The largest of the five is 1,935-sf at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh. The rental rate is $55 per sf, and annual rent through December 31, 2006, is $106,425.

The rental rate for the 1,634-sf space at King of Prussia Mall, King of Prussia, PA, is $53 per sf, and the annual rent through November 30, 2005, is $86,602.

In suburban Cincinnati, a 1,820-sf space at Kenwood Towne Center has a rental rate of $40 per sf, and annual rent through January 31, 2006, is $72,800.

Two Columbus, OH-area units average 1,800 sf each. Rental rate for the space at Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus is $36 per sf, and the annual rent through October 31, 2004, is $64,800. The annual rate for the space at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing in Dublin, OH on a lease that runs through January 31, 2008, is $63,325, and the rental rate is $34.62 per sf.

In all cases, longer leases are available.
