NEW YORK CITY-Roanoke,VA-based printing firm Transkrit/Dimac has sold a 246,000-sf Long Island industrial property to Creative Bath Products Inc. of Philadelphia in a $9-million deal. Creative Bath acquired the asset as part of its ongoing expansion in Central Islip, NY, where the firm already houses 80% of its manufacturing business.

Binswanger/CBB arranged the sale of the property, which is located at 550 S. Research Place in Central Islip. Transkrit is a subsidiary of Dimac Holdings Inc., which is currently undergoing a repositioning and consolidation program.

Creative Bath designs, produces and distributes a 4,000-plus line of bath and houseware items across the US and to 50 foreign countries.
