SOUTHFIELD, MI-Signature Associates-ONCOR International of Southfield has negotiated a 7,770-sf lease at the Eisenhower Corporate Park located in Ann Arbor to the Great Lakes Commission, an agency responsible for monitoring the environment impact of all activities on the Great Lakes. Jay Chavey of Signature Associates brokered the deal on behalf of the commission.

The company also negotiated the lease of the 23,300-sf building located at 1035 Crooks in Troy. Paul Hoge, of Signature Associates brokered the deal on behalf of First Industrial and the tenant, TMD Friction. This will be European-based TMD Friction’s automotive technical center.

The company also negotiated the sublease of 34,700-sf located at 2855 Coolidge Hwy. in Troy to The Budd Company. John Boyd, David Miller and Bob Badgero of Signature Associates brokered the deal on behalf of General Electric.

Finally, the company has gained exclusive representation of the two floors available for sublease in the Columbia Center Building, totaling approximately 40,000 sf in Troy. The property is managed by Kirco Management Co.
