ATLANTA-Kevin Cogan, a private investor/developer in Louisville, KY and head of Louisville-based Jefferson Development Co., buys the 195,053-sf, class-A office building at 3920 Arkwright Rd in Highridge Centre in Macon, GA from West Palm Beach, FL-based Ocwen Federal Bank for $14,36 million, or $73.62 per sf.

The building is 85% occupied. Among its tenants is the local representative of Merrill Lynch. George Heery Jr. and PhilBarry of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Ocwen in the transaction.

Cogan developed of Cherokee Park in Louisville.
