LONDON-John Slade, Managing Director of Hamptons International Commecial, has led a management buyout of the niche investment and development agency. The company, which has offices in the City and West End of London, will operate as Slade & Co.

Slade stepped down as chief executive of Richard Ellis’ City office to found the business in 1997. He said: “Hamptons have been a terrific company to work with over the last five years.
