MIAMI-Two new tenants with a combined estimated lease value of $596,300 have joined the roster at Beacon Centre. The 2.3 million-sf park is 97%-occupied.

Stanford Electronics has leased 14,973 sf at 8323 N.W. 12th St. This lease is valued at about $419,300, based on the approximate rents for industrial space in the building, $7 per sf gross.

Stanford Electronics distributes electronic parts and equipment. The company moved from Americas Gateway Park to Beacon Centre where it increased its space slightly.

Universal Land Title, a West Palm Beach, FL-based title company, leased 2,011 sf of office space at 8337 N.W. 12th St. It was a lease renewal valued at about $177,000. For full-service office space, rents in the building are in the low $20s per sf gross. Both were mid-term leases.

Jose I. Juncadella, David Spillers and George Pino of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International represented the property owner, AMB Properties, in both transactions. They were the only brokers in the Universal Land Title deal. Hector Catano of Westvest & Associates represented Stanford Electronics.
