MONTVALE, NJ-Ivy Equities, based here, has signed several tenants to new and renewal leases at four of the company’s properties in New Jersey. Two of the leases bring Ivy’s 220 Davidson Ave. in Franklin Twp. to 100% occupancy.

The signings at 220 Davidson Ave., which sits on a 9.3-acre site, include Prudential New Jersey Properties, which leased just under 14,000 sf for six years. Rick Gelmetti of International Realty Group spoke for Prudential. At the same property, the federal government’s Natural Resources Conservation office leased just over 13,700 sf for 10 years, Ivy Equities was represented by Marc Trevisan and Richard Danesi of Insignia/ESG, which has the exclusive for the building, along with Ivy’s Marion Geddes.

At Ivy’s 10 Lanidex Plaza West, which is part of a three-building, 72,700-sf complex in Parsippany, NJ, Aon Risk Services has renewed its lease for 26,000 sf for five years. Rachel Overton of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. represented Aon, and Geddes handled the renewal on behalf of Ivy Equities.

Also in Parsippany, at Ivy’s 77,600-sf 299 Cherry Hill Rd., the US government’s OSHA office renewed and expanded into just under 6,900 sf, with John Burweger of the Crown Partnership repping the tenant and Geddes representing Ivy. At the same property, the environmental consulting firm Haley & Aldrich leased just under 8,500 sf for five years in a transaction arranged for the tenant by Peter Rasmusson of Grubb & Ellis. Geddes similarly spoke for Ivy.

Finally, at the company’s 123,300-sf 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd. in Secaucus, NJ, the law firm of Chasan, Leyner, Bariso & Lamparello re-upped for 14,100 sf. Hal Lichtenstein of Colliers Houston represented the tenant, while Geddes along with Stephen Schofel of Newmark & Co. Real Estate represented Ivy.

Ivy Equities, which earlier this week closed on the $11.35 million sale of its 57,700-sf 166 Littleton Rd. building in Parsippany to Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (RMITIE7DZ7D.html), currently owns and manages a portfolio of more than three million sf of commercial property in New Jersey, Connecticut and Westchester County, NY.
