DENVER-The law firm of Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP has renewed 11,290 sf of office space at Tabor Center. “This renewal is indicative of the kind of positive leasing activity that a premiere property such as Tabor Center is able to consistently deliver,” says, Kevin Foley, director of leasing for Equity Office Properties Trust, which owns the 30-story, 560,000-sf Tabor Center.

Todd Wheeler of Cushman & Wakefield represented Townsend and Townsend and Crew. Foley represented Equity Office Properties.

Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP is the largest intellectual property firm in the Western US, offering a full range of prosecution, litigation and licensing services for patents, trademarks and copyrights. Intellectual property is the company’s specialty.

Officials from the firm say that Tabor Center’s services and amenities meet their needs.

Tabor Center, at 1200 17th St., was built in 1986.

The development includes the Shops at Tabor Center, a parking garage, the Westin Hotel, and a landscaped plaza, all of which are internally linked by walkways.
