CANNES-Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker has taken on the sole agency of the massive 3do Dortmund railway station project for developer Sonae Immobiliária. It expects to start selling the scheme in March next year.

Preliminary marketing is underway but no rents are quoted yet. The scheme itself is due to open in time for the FIFA World Cup football in summer 2006.

Sonae board member Fernando Oliveira commented: ‘With this agreement, Sonae Immobiliária maintains the ongoing business relation started seven years ago with Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker to ensure profitable shopping centre operations.’
