TAMPA, FL-The 168-unit, 94.6%-leased Woodland Pond townhomes community in Tampa, FL is being refinanced on a 10-year, $10.28 million loan at a fixed interest rate of 5.65% through Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) program.

Owner Steven Green of Green Realty Management Co. LLC in New York, Fort Lauderdale, FL and Tampa, FL has added 50 detached garages since acquiring the property for an undisclosed sum in 2001.

Collateral Mortgage Capital LLC of Birmingham, AL brokered the Fannie Mae transaction. The permanent financing is being amortized over 30 years.

The property sits on 8.83 acres and consists of 16 two-story buildings, a swimming pool, clubhouse, central laundry facility, tennis court and fitness room.
