Three More Office Leases Signed

SAN DIEGO, CA-Three tenants have inked leases for office space at San Diego’s Champions of the West Tower in separate transactions valued at a total of more than $2.6 million combined.

In the largest of the three deals, Leavitt Management Group Inc. has signed a $1.2-million agreement for office space here. According to the terms of the 10-year lease, the physician management firm will take 3,075 sf in the complex. Paul Braun of Colliers International acted on behalf of Leavitt. The lessor, Champions of the West Tower LLC, was represented by Michael Dyer of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International.

Separately, the dental practice Edward D. Kosakoski DMD has inked a 10-year lease valued at $869,063 for space at the Champions of the West Tower. The tenant will occupy 2,107 sf. Dyer acted on behalf of both parties in this transaction.

In the smallest of the three transactions, ULR Insurance Services has signed a lease for 3,970 sf at the office complex. The four-year agreement is valued at $519,224. Dyer represented Champions of the West Tower LLC, while Dan Powell of City Pacific Realty acted on behalf of ULR, which is an insurance counseling service.
