MIAMI-Medicard Marketing Corp., a medical equipment company, has inked a lease for 11,561 sf of industrial space at Beacon Centre in Miami. The mid-term lease, valued at an estimated $450,000, represents a new location for the company. The value is based on the asking rental rates at Beacon Centre, which are between $7.50 and $8 per sf.

This deal brings the building to 100% occupied and Beacon Centre to 98% occupied. The new location is at 2029 N.W. 87th Ave.

Jose I. Juncadella, David Spillers and George Pino of Codina Realty Services represented the property owner, AMB Property, in the deal. Sherri Beregovoy of Digiacomo Group represented the tenant.
