Nike Distributor Takes 234,200 in ProLogis Park

DENVER-Locally-based ProLogis, the world’s largest industrial REIT, leased 234,200 sf of distribution space to MenLo Logistics Inc. in ProLogis Park Memphis. MenLo, a third-party logistics provider, will use the facility to serve the distribution requirements of Nike USA.

ProLogis has developed 1.2 million sf of distribution space in ProLogis Park Memphis including a 900,000-sf facility occupied by Hamilton Beach Proctor-Silex.

MenLo Logistics will occupy a unit in the same building as Owens & Minor Medical and USF Processors, both global ProLogis customers. MenLo Logistics currently leases an additional 311,000 sf feet from ProLogis in California’s Los Angeles Basin.

“MenLo Logistics is a longstanding customer of ProLogis and we’re proud to expand our relationship with them into Memphis,” says Scott Lamson, first vice president for ProLogis.

Located at the intersection of SR-78 and Davidson, ProLogis Park Memphis will exceed 1.4 million sf of industrial distribution space upon completion.
