Sayan Opens Sales Center

MIAMI-Sayan, a 30-story, 90-unit luxury condominium project planned for Sunny Isles Beach, FL, has opened a sales center at 330 Sunny Isles Blvd. The developer of the $49 million project is J. Milton & Associates. The architectural design for Sayan was done by the Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, and the project’s interior designer is the Howard Design Group.

The sales center is an architectural work in itself. The Indonesian-inspired center, designed to showcase the romance of the South Seas, features tropical hardwoods, bamboo, batik and natural fabrics in wall coverings and floorings.

Amenities include Balinese huts, a wooden deck and bridge with a waterfall, Indonesian plants and accents, an oceanfront Jacuzzi, outdoor massage tables in private spaces and an Asian-influenced fitness center with a sauna and steam room.

Units range in price from $467,000 to $3.8 million. The ground-breaking for Sayan, to be located at 16275 Collins Ave. on the Atlantic Ocean, is scheduled for June 2003. Occupancy is planned for December 2004.
