Dickhaus-Morris Team Starts Fourth Firm

ATLANTA-Commercial real estate technology gurus Bob Dickhaus and Steven Morris have started their fourth property management-related consulting firm in FM Solutions LLC.

In a prepared statement, the founders say the new firm has a proprietary database of 600 million sf of properties that will be used for comparative purposes to help owners/developers better manager their facilities.

“This fact-based approach, combined with the knowledge, best practices and experience of the FM Solutions organization can result in substantial reductions in operating costs for owners and managers of large real estate portfolios,” Dickhaus says in the statement.

The Dickhaus-Morris team founded and operates three Atlanta-based outsourcing businesses in FacilityPro, an indirect materials procurement firm; Johnson Controls’ facility management division; and Service Resources, an energy procurement firm.
