Bennett Becomes Adviser for Sperry Van Ness

MIAMI-The real estate company Sperry Van Ness has added Duane H. Bennett as a senior adviser and affiliate. Bennett will operate as an independent broker. As with other company advisers, the company gets the presence in the market and Bennett can use the resources of the national company.

Bennett, who has nearly 10 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializes in the sale of offices and land, and is expanding into multifamily properties in South Florida. He has owned his own company, Real Estate Investment Strategies, for the last two years. His company assists investors and developers in the South Florida market.

Before that, he was a commercial brokerage specialist and a top producer for NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. His clients have included the U.S. Postal Service, Pepsi Cola Bottling Co., Storage USA and Oriole Home Corp.

Bennett’s being added is part of Sperry Van Ness’ national expansion program, which has grown from nine regions to more than 50 regions in the last year and a half. Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness is a national commercial real estate firm that provides realty advisory, brokerage, consultation, asset management, property management, leasing and financial services.
