6,400-SF Office Building Brings $600,000

BEDFORD, TX-The suburban building gets a new owner and possibly a revised use from multi-tenant to a specialized medical clinic. The Alpharetta, GA-based seller has released a building previously leased to a Baylor University affiliate.

BEDFORD, TX-A 6,400-sf medical office building has changed hands in a $600,000 sale to K&K Properties Inc., a Dallas-Fort Worth investment group. The building at 1999 Forest Ridge Dr. in the suburb of Bedford is leased to multiple tenants, but that could be changing too.

The new owner is affiliated with the Kaner Medical Group, an operator of specialized medical clinics in the metroplex, says Beaux Riley of SCM Real Estate Services in Arlington. He tells GlobeSt.com that a plan is at the talking table to put a wellness clinic or physical therapy rehab in the building, but emphasizes that nothing has been firmed up.

Eden Gardens-Bedford LP, a medical properties owner from Alpharetta, GA, was the seller of the former single-tenant property once leased to a Baylor University affiliate. Riley was the sole broker negotiating the transaction for the building, which sits on slightly less than an acre.
