Denholtz Brings Peachtree Pointe to 85% Occupancy

ATLANTA-Peachtree Pointe Office Park in suburban Norcross, GA continues to maintain strong occupancy. It fact, the 21-year-old, 365,570-sf property has just signed five new leases for a total of 9,530 sf. Peachtree Pointe is located on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard at Holcomb Bridge Road and Highway 141.

Average occupancy at the five buildings is 85% with an average asking rent of $14 per sf. Total rentable space at each property is 73,114 sf.

At 3280 Pointe Pkwy., QSR Automations Inc. of Louisville is taking 875 sf for two years. Taylor Manufacturing Systems USA of Atlanta is leasing 2,374 sf for one year at 3200 Pointe Pkwy. Towersource Inc., also of Atlanta, is occupying 1,758 sf for two years at 3240 Pointe Pkwy. Bruce May of Piedmont Commercial Property Co. negotiated for Towersource. There were no tenant brokers for QSR and Taylor.

At 3220 Pointe Pkwy., Doty & Associates of Atlanta leased 2,977 sf for three years. Sedoa Systems is taking 1,546 sf, also for three years. William Hardin of Hardin Realty Group negotiated for Sedoa. Doty didn’t have a tenant broker. Marie Kastens and Kari Howell of Denholtz represented their company.
