CHICAGO-The price was right at $675,000 in two separate deals involving properties in the near southwest suburbs of Forest View and Bedford Park. Brighton Trading Inc. got more for its money, though, acquiring a 31,400-sf building at 4920 S. Monitor Ave. in Forest View.

Nickel Composite Coating, Inc. paid the same $675,000 price for a 15,000-sf building at 6454 W. 74th St. in Bedford Park.

Brokers from Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International were involved in both deals. VP Matt Rogatz represented both parties, including Brighton Trading Inc., wholesale grocery firm that needed high ceilings and a location near the Stevenson Expressway. SVP Albert Schulman represented Nickel Composite Coating, which wanted a location near its current operations in Chicago at 4700 S. Central Ave. Peter Crawford of Crawford Commercial Properties represented the seller of the Bedford Park building.
