Williford Property Group Names Director

HOUSTON-Houston-based Williford Property Group has promoted a senior property manager to director of property management to create an overseer’s post for a team that handles more than three million sf in five cities.

A native of San Antonio, James W. Sinclair is based in the Corpus Christi office. He tells GlobeSt.com that the staff now numbers 22, but Williford Property Group is always looking for good people and hires as they become available. The Houston properties are located in the Westchase, Energy Corridor/Katy Freeway and North Belt submarkets while the portfolio balance consists of downtown properties in Atlanta, Corpus Christi, Austin and Amarillo.

In the new role, Sinclair, with 20 years’ experience in property management, says he will continue to strengthen the company’s focus on customized client services. “Clients should feel as if we are an extension of their organization,” he says.
