Citigate Cunningham Takes 8,778 SF in Sublease Deal

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Citigate Cunningham, a full service public relations agency, is leasing 8,778 sf at One Memorial Drive in a sublease deal from PA Consulting. The move represents a relocation for the company within the building, which is owned by Equity Office, to a higher floor.

Citigate Cunningham was represented by Ellie Fantini and Read Coughlin, both associates with Grubb & Ellis. PA Consulting was represented by Robert Fitzgerald at CB Richard Ellis Whittier Partners.

“This was a tremendous opportunity for our client to move up to the 17th floor from a lower level,” notes Fantini. “The views are phenomenal and the space was recently built out which better-suited Citigate Cunningham’s needs.” She adds that the building, which was designed by Huygens and DiMella, is well-regarded as the “premier office building in the Cambridge market.”

The 17-story, 350,000-sf building is situated at the foot of the Longfellow Bridge, on almost two acres of riverfront land. Among its other office tenants are A.T. Kearney, Sapient, Intersystems Corp., David L. Babson, Sungard, Numeric Investors, Onsett International and Congress Group.
