DETROIT-Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide of Southfield, has announced a number of lease renewals.

The company said a 5,030 sf lease renewal has been signed on behalfof General Services Administration at Laurel Park Place in Livonia. BrentBeshears of the company handled this transaction on behalf of both parties.

Another lease was signed on behalf of First Choice Remodeling, LLC at 726Livernois in Ferndale. Gary Gruskowski was responsible for consummatingthis transaction on behalf of both parties.

Another lease was signed on behalf of Hanna Fruit Market at Time SquarePlaza in Sterling Heights. This was the last space available in Time Square Plaza, a 22,940 sf shopping center. Viktor Gjonaj at Insite handled this transaction on behalfof both parties.

Also, a 14,776 sf lease has been signed on behalf of Great LakesTelephone, LLC at 24560 Sherwood in Centerline. Gary Gruskowski did thetransaction on behalf of the tenant. Great Lakes Telephone signed a five-year lease at this location. The lease was signed with the intention of moving the company from Auburn Hills to Centerline, MI.

Finally, a 2,662 sf lease has been signed with Metro Shores CreditUnion at 2363 West Jefferson in Trenton, MI. Greg Hornby performed the lease onbehalf of the landlord, Angel Investment Inc. Metro Shores Credit Union leased the space for one year as a temporary move while they rehabilitate their current facility
